PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately design reinforced concrete beams by computing the sear strength of reinforced concrete beams in which successive pours of concrete of different specified concrete strengths are vertically joined in consideration of the specified concrete strengths of the concrete.;SOLUTION: Design is performed by computing the shear strength of reinforced concrete beams on the basis of the assumption that a reinforced concrete beam has an equivalent specified concrete strength Fce [N/mm2] computed by the expression (1):Fce={Fct×t+Fc1×(D/2-t)}/(D/2) in the case that D/2≥t or the expression (2):Fce=Fct in the case that D/2t according to the size relation between D/2 and t (wherein, the height of the reinforced concrete beam is D [mm]; the specified concrete strength of concrete positioned below is Fc1 [N/mm2]; and the specified concrete strength and height of concrete positioned above are each [N/mm2] and t [mm]).;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
