PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a boundary element analysis method and a boundary element analysis program, capable of coping with variety of a symmetric property to perform efficient analysis when performing the analysis by use of the symmetric property of an analysis target. PSOLUTION: Various kinds of data used for boundary element analysis inputted in step S101 are stored in step S102. At that time, at least state amount information wherein boundary element definition information for defining a boundary element of the analysis target and boundary element identification information for identifying a boundary element defined in each state amount of the boundary element are associated is stored. In step S103, a discretized boundary integral equation with a boundary value in an element point present on each the defined boundary element is generated by use of the various kinds of inputted data. Next, in step S104, an inputted boundary condition is substituted for the generated boundary integral equation, and an unknown quantity is arranged to obtain simultaneous equations.
