PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a NAND flash memory device equipped with a security redundancy block. PSOLUTION: The NAND flash memory device includes a main block for storing main data, a security block for storing security data, and a redundancy block for replacing a failed block when a failure occurs in the main block or the security block. The redundancy block replaces the security block by a security redundancy block according to fuse information. The redundancy block is provided with another security redundancy block to repair the security block.
