PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the reservation of a desired shop and a settlement at a travel destination in supporting the travel of a general traveler.;SOLUTION: The traveler portable terminal 40 is connected to the terminals 20, 22 of a travel agent, a travel information management server, and a network. The travel information management server distributes tie-up shop information to the traveler portable terminal 40. The traveler portable terminal 40 determines the desired shop and displays a reservation screen. When selection is performed by telephone on the reservation screen (S30), an SIP server 32 in the travel information management server performs IP telephone exchange (S40). A conversation for a reservation content or the like is made between the traveler portable terminal 40 and the terminals 20, 22 of the travel agent (S44). Then, a reservation condition including image data to authenticate the individual is transmitted to the traveler portable terminal 40 and the terminal 79 of the tie-up shop (S56). Shopping, etc., is performed by using the reservation condition and the expense is subsequently charged to the holder of the travel portable terminal 40 from the travel agent.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
