PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve analytical accuracy by simple modeling, by using even a nonstructural member except for a structural member as a model constituting member.;SOLUTION: This analytical model 10 of a unit type building is constituted by connecting analytical models 1, 1, etc. of a plurality of building units by girths 7, 7, etc. The analytical model 10 is composed of the structural member modeled as wire rods 2 and 3 or a face material and the nonstructural member except for the structural member modeled as a wire rod 5 or a face material.
