PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method to provide an internet service to a radio terminal equipment.;SOLUTION: There is provided an IP allocating method of the radio terminal equipment using a mobile communication terminal equipment to be provided with a step for the mobile communication terminal equipment to be connected to a DHCP (Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol) server through a mobile communication network, a step for the mobile communication terminal equipment to download a DHCP server software from the DHCP server, and a step for the mobile communication terminal equipment to play a role of a pseudo DHCP server using the DHCP server software with regard to at least one radio terminal equipment capable of being connected to the mobile communication terminal equipment.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
