PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a globally recycling industrial society that does not destruct the global environment for which the mankind longs everlastingly by using steel slag where waste occupies even 45% of a product in an iron-manufacturing industry as a major raw material and changing the iron-manufacturing industry to the globally recycling industrial society without the waste.;SOLUTION: The product configured by allowing the steel slag to react with glacial acetic acid, seawater, sodium hydroxide, and urea in pyrogenetics, subsequently preparing a mixture of magnesium, sulfur, and glacial acetic acid, allowing the mixture to react with calcium carbonate heated at 500C, further, allowing the mixture to react with the reaction liquid of glacial acetic acid, seawater, sodium hydroxide, and urea to immunize and ionize the mixture, and control an EC value to produce the mixture into the mineral ion cluster as a soil environment regulating material and plant food in the agricultural/forestry industry.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
