PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal insulation panel by which an interval between the thermal insulation panel and a wall surface or a roof surface can be adjusted easily, and to provide a structure of an outside thermal insulation building, a construction method of the structure of the outside thermal insulation building, and a thermal insulation method.;SOLUTION: The thermal insulation panel comprises a rectangular framework 11 and a thermal insulation material 12 fixed to the inside of the framework 11 in a manner of closing up an opening 13. The framework 11 has a plurality of female screw holes 14 on its periphery, of which the female screw holes 14 penetrate the framework 11 in a direction of the thickness. Positioning screws 16 having the length shorter than the depth of the male screw holes 14 are threadably fitted to the screw holes 14. Engaging grooves 17 extending in a direction of the thickness and opening to the exterior side end parts are formed in outside faces of two facing frame members 11a of the frameworks 11 at corresponding positions. A connecting member 20 connects the frame members 11a by being engaged with the engaging grooves 17 of the adjacent frame members 11a from the exterior side end part. The positioning screws 16 are made to protrude from the screw holes 14 to be brought into contact with the wall surface 3 or the roof surface 4, and the surfaces of the thermal insulation panels 10 are made to be continued.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
