PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new framework capable of properly evaluating and bringing up leadership capability even in the case that the whole aspect of a job appears as time lapses or the case that the job is performed by a team type organization.;SOLUTION: This leadership capability evaluation bringing-up support system has: a storage means storing a needs map wherein needs values are distributed in a multidimensional space; a storage means storing a search parameter in each agent; a means setting a searchable area of the agent on the needs map on the basis of the search parameter, calculating the needs value inside the searchable area in reference to the needs map, setting a movement target position of the agent on the needs map on the basis of the calculated needs value, and moving the agent such that the agent approaches the movement target position; a means changing at least one of the searchable area of the agent on the needs map, a position of the agent, and the movement target position on the basis of an instruction inputted from an evaluated person; and a means outputting a needs search result.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
