PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform renotification of information according to a user's information recognizability.;SOLUTION: An information recognizability estimation part 126 manages and estimates an information recognizability showing the degree that the user senses and recognizes the content of notified information by a Bayesian network model. A renotification determination part 124 determines, based on the estimation result of the estimation part 126, whether or not the notified information is renotified. The notified information is renotified according to the determination result of the determination part 124. By determining whether the notified information is renotified based on the estimation result of the user's information recognizability, whether information is received or not can be estimated without necessarily using a clear user's reaction indicating that information has been received. If it is determined that information has not been received, the notified information is renotified, whereby the possibility that the user recognizes information can be increased.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
