PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the generation of Joule heat in a reaction solution and control the reaction temperature, when an electrodynamic interaction is used for the reaction solution (electrolytic solution) where interaction between matters proceeds.;SOLUTION: This detecting means of the interaction between the matters has at least a reference electrode RE used as the reference of the potential, a working electrode WE to which the matters for detection is fixed, a counter electrode CE into which ion current in the electrolytic solution generated by voltage impression between the reference electrode and working electrode is made to flow in a reaction field X for detecting interaction between the matters proceeding in the electrolytic solution.
