PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network supervisory system, a supervisory office, and a supervisory object device (a base office) which can detect a trouble generating status at high speed, and carefully select and obtain information requested by a network manager.;SOLUTION: Each base office classifies and manages troubles into general alarm information which shows that there is a trouble of each base office unit as the supervisory information in a management department C1 or not; detailed alarm information which shows an alarm of individual supervisory items in each base office; and summary alarm information which summarizes the detail information. The supervisory office acquires the general alarm information of each base office one by one at first, and can detect the trouble generating status at high speed by acquiring the summary alarm information and the detailed alarm information one by one after that.
