The system has a memory card containing secured computing information permitting, via a switching case, to call an individual through a wired telephone network or by an electronic address. The card has a reader to validate a finger print to allow an exchange of financial data between the card and the individual. An internal system of the card permits, via a switching case or a portable, to call backup/emergencies.
