The apparatus has identification units (20) for identifying the operating conditions of the apparatus with respect to predefined usage specifications. The identification units have an antenna (22) for reading transponders (24, 30). Verification units (21) verify that the operating conditions identified by the identification units are conformed to the predefined usage specifications. An independent claim is also included for a support for a distribution apparatus.
