A prosthetic crown and bridge dental reconstruction device comprising an implant with a proximal face, a peripheral wall and a drilling opening onto the proximal face and a post of which the distal zone is a connection zone to be received into and fixed in the drilling and the proximal zone is adapted to receive a crown, which has a space between the wall of the drilling and the connection zone suitable to receive a biocompatible, elastically deformable adhesive material. The post comprises above the connection zone a zone of greater section creating a shoulder, the surface of which is adapted to fit closely, either directly or indirectly by means of a sealing joint, the proximal face of the implant. It fits against a flange solidarized with a sleeve which fits either the drilling or the connection zone of the post. The flanged sleeve may be a separate entity or be created by coating the connection zone of the post or the wall of the drilling. The wall of the implant may be threaded and comprise the means of temporary connection with a supplementary tool capable of rotating it. The connection zone of the post is cylindrical, conical or cylindrico-conical and of oval transverse section. It may have a concave distal extremity. The mounting zone of the post is complementary in form to the distal portion of a crown and is solidarized with it by sealing, gluing or screwing. An independent claim is included for a case or kit comprising: (1) an implant, a post and a dose of fixing material; (2) an implant, a post, a flanged sleeve and a dose of fixing material; (3) an implant, a post, a dose of fixing material and a additional tool for the temporary means of connection.
