The device has a base (3`) connected to a tilt arm (4`) that acts as a lever on a push-button for driving the push button and activating outflow of water. The base is constituted by a case (12) that has openings (13) on its front wall for passing activating buttons. The arm has stops to limit movement of the arm. Inclination of the buttons with respect to surface of the wall of the case is slightly raised with respect to normal.
