The apparatus has a piece (C) posed on a wall using a support (9) and supporting a piece (B) that is linked to a piece (A) through a lug. The piece (B) permits to horizontally adjust side of an L or T shaped post with respect to the wall and has an oblong groove through which the piece (B) slides on the piece (C). The piece (A) supports the post and permits to adjust the verticality of the post using a spirit level (1).
