The shingle has a lower longitudinal side with slots (5) placed perpendicular to lateral sides (6). The side has grooves (8, 9), near its longitudinal ends, traversing the shingle along its width to constitute a space for hooking spurs. The spurs have holes, with a diameter greater than 10 mm, crossing the thickness of the shingle to hook the shingle to the batten integrated to a frame supporting a roof covering.
