The device has a cable (21) fixed to a projecting part of a right suspension arm (9) at a point (1). The cable (21) passes through grooved wheels (17, 18) integrated to a body shell and is hooked to a left suspension arm (10) at a point (2). A cable (22) fixed to a projecting part of the arm (10) at a point (3), passes through grooved wheels (19, 20) integrated to the shell and then is hooked to the arm (9) at a point (4).
