The splint has a forearm dorsal wall, a palm support and a finger support. A wrist joint dynamic system has an elastic string (22) passing around a mobile spool (12) mounted on an axle (13). A metacarpo-phalangeal joint dynamic system has four elastic strings (17) passing around corresponding spools (2) mounted on an axle (1). A rigid, inclined, stainless steel blade (14) riveted on the wall blocks/unblocks the wrist. The finger support is articulated between the forearm dorsal wall and the palm support by rivets.
