The device has a fuel supply pipe (12) placed in a hazard area (10) of a vehicle. A sensor (18) is connected to a control case (20) which controls a solenoid valve (22) between a closed position and an open position of a connection duct (24) to drain the pipe when the sensor detects bump of a vehicle. The duct has a check valve (26) between a reservoir (16) and the valve (22) to circulate fuel from the pipe to the reservoir.
