Information transmission device for e.g. two-way communication system, has adjusting unit to adjust oscillation frequency of oscillator based on speed of transmission and stabilizing unit to stabilize frequency of oscillator
The device has a transmitter (5) to transmit information. An oscillator oscillates according to a frequency of determined oscillation. An adjusting unit (7) adjusts the oscillation frequency of the oscillator according to the speed of the transmission. A stabilizing unit (9) stabilizes the frequency of the oscillator. The adjusting unit is constituted by the oscillator with a digital closed-loop control. Independent claims are also included for the following: (a) a two-way communication system having a device for transmitting information to a receiver; and (b) an installation for ensuring the detection of presence and/or absence of objects.
