The hose (3) has a tubular part (31) extending from an inlet (33) in an outlet (34) direction and another tubular part (32) connecting the part (31) to the outlet (34). A part of flow channel (37) is conformed in a manner to impart a turbulent effect to the flow along a longitudinal axis (A). Another part of the flow channel (38) is conformed in a manner to impart a coanda effect to the flow.
