The invention relates to a cosmetic care method for amplifying or prolonging the incidence of mechanical effects and stimulating cellular metabolism resulting from a massage, characterized in that it combines these effects resulting from a massage with effects biological supplement or relay, said biological effects being provided by application to the skin of an active dosage base comprising at least one volatile fragrant fraction with a relaxing effect. The invention also relates to a treatment method implementing said method, for any one of the following purposes, namely: - thinning of any superficial part of the human body, - attenuation of wrinkles, - firming and toning of tissues, - activation of microcirculation, drainage, - attenuation or erasing of scars and skin defects
