Electronic voting system for shareholder meeting, has general assembly controller addressing produced electronic vote ballot directly to shareholder in form of transfer on account of particular shareholder
The system has a general assembly controller receiving identity of a shareholder (Ai), and returning a key (CL) to the shareholder. The controller produces an electronic vote ballot and addresses the ballot directly to the shareholder giving the number of electronic voting ballots. The ballot is addressed in the form of transfer on the account of a particular shareholder. The shareholder votes by sending his vote ballot and his key to the controller.
