The acoustic sound waves are conveyed to a sound converter (2) for converting the waves into low-frequency vibrations, which can be felt by the upper skin surface. The signal transmission between the microphones can take place by cables and by electromagnetic signal. The transducer is placed separately at the upper skin surface.
