The device enables musicians to preamplify any microphone and instrument input signals when using the "in-ear monitoring " process and to individually drive them onto the same number of independent stereo channels (e.g. 10), whereby the mixing ratio of each individual channel is implemented as freely adjustable to the sum of all remaining channels.
