The model helicopter has a rear rotor (1) driven by a belt (3) through a belt output wheel (4). A reduction gear (7,8) is provided between the output wheel and rotor. A gear wheel (7) supported on a shaft (5) for the output wheel drives a toothed sleeve (8) of smaller diameter on a shaft (9) of the rear rotor.
