The device has a spray valve (15) to define a primary discharge flow to a restrict gap, which is changeable from 0 to 100 percent, based on flow characteristic values determined by a controller (19). The valve sprays a lubricating flow discharged by a pulse control pump (24) before or behind the gap. An auxiliary valve (13) adds the discharge flow with an aerosol that is manufactured by the controller.
