The holder has a U-shank (3) that positively overlaps a flange (4), and comprising retaining plates (8) that project inwardly in a direction of a U-base. The plates are spring backed flexibly to attain a position at a lower side of the flange, which is averted towards the U-base, after passing a thickest section of the flange, so that an arrester wire is fixed between an upper side of the U-base and flange. The retaining plates are back-pressed on a plane of the U-shank when the holder is pushed on the flange.
