Advancing unit comprises an advancing module (2), an inspection camera (3) and/or processing and/or inspection tools (4) connected together using a connection tube (5). The module has a rotating roller (8) with an advancing helix and/or an advancing groove. Preferred Features: The advancing module has a rotating roller which rotates in the peripheral direction. The casing surface of the rotating roller has an advancing helix having tips on its ends.
