Medical x-ray imaging method for recording an examination area for use in medical navigational procedures, whereby a spatial position of an examination area is recorded just prior to each shot and images then spatially compensated
Method for serial recording and superposition of medical images, whereby a number of images are recorded at regular intervals. A localization system is used during serial imaging to record the instantaneous position of an examination area as it is imaged. The first spatial position is recorded and for some or all of the subsequent images a change in position is determined so that the change can be compensated for. The first and subsequently spatially compensated groups are then combined and presented. An independent claim is included for an imaging system for implementing the inventive method.
