Method for organising communication in system containing exchange, working control stations, internet, external services and terminals, with work stations linked to internet permanently or temporarily
Communication is transmitted between apparatus (2,3) or services (4) via exchange (1). Control work stations (2) are linked permanently, or temporarily, to internet (5) using internet protocol. Exchange uses selection (7) or internet connection for requesting identification call back.Exchange can be reached, using internet protocol, for execution of communication via internet from at least one geographically remote work station (2), terminal (3), or external service (4). Exchange work is specified in detail. INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for remote control system for claimed method.
