Printed material conveying device, especially for a rotary print or varnishing machine, has conveyer surface on which print material (15) is moved. An ultrasonic transducer (17) is coupled on the opposite surface of the conveying device to the support surface. The conveyer surface includes at least an ultrasound frequency transmitting material and is mechanically excited in an oscillation direction by the ultrasonic transducer, that is essentially parallel to or against the conveying direction.
