Needling apparatus for needling non-woven material, has eccentric drive having two parallel eccentric shafts which are provided with different angular position and connecting rods that extend in inclined manner with respect to each other
A needling apparatus, comprises needleboard(s) which is drivable in reciprocating manner by eccentric drive(s) in needle-penetration direction. The eccentric drive consists of two parallel eccentric shafts which are drivable in opposite directions and are provided with connecting rods. The eccentric shafts are provided with different angular position and connecting rods of the shafts extend in inclined manner with respect to each other. A needling apparatus for needling a non-woven material, comprises at least one needleboard (1) which is drivable in a reciprocating manner by at least one eccentric drive in the needle-penetration direction. The needleboard is linked to the eccentric drive via push rods (6) each displaceably held in a guide sleeve (7). The eccentric drive consists of two parallel eccentric shafts (2, 3) which are drivable in opposite directions and are provided with connecting rods (4). The guide sleeves are swivelably held about an axle (5) extending parallel to the eccentric shafts. The two eccentric shafts are provided with a different angular position and the connecting rods of the shafts extend in an inclined manner with respect to each other.
