The pump has a cylindrical casing (1) inside which a vacuum is generated and a nipple stroking device (2) is present. The casing has a two-part construction with the stroking device in one part and the controls for this device in the other part. The controls comprise two vacuum-operated cylinders (3, 4), one for controlling lateral movement of the device and the other for controlling axial movement of the device.
