The fan has a radiator (32) with radiation fins (321), and a fan connected to the radiator top. The fan has blades (311) mounted in a frame (312). The frame has a triangular cross section, so that the blades are mounted at an inclined position relative to the radiator top. Airflows produced by the fan are blown toward side surfaces (321a) of the fins, when the fan operates, to dissipate heat transferred to the fins.
