A fluidic module has a module body (10) with a fluid zone (18, 20, 22) between its two sides. One side is permeable to infrared rays at least in zones, and the other side has a layer at least in zones to reflect infrared light. The fluid present in the zone can be analyzed by the infrared light passing through it and reflected back. The fluid zone has an inflow (14) leading to a micro-mixer (20) and an outflow (24), and a heating channel (32) sets the temperature. At least one sensor (40, 42) registers the module temperature.
