The transmission apparatus has a first section (11) extending between the connecting link to the turn around device, and a second section (12) extending from the device to the uncoupling link. The turn around angle between the first and second sections depends on the angle between the rear wheel guide (2) and the central structural components (1). A driving apparatus has a pedal propulsion (9) with a bottom bracket (10), while a transmission apparatus transmits driving power from a connecting link to an uncoupling link connected to the rear wheel.
