Central processing unit for theft protection system - deactivates supervision of at least one supervision sensor indicating alarm situation through activation of switch, while other supervision sensors are still monitored
The central device (14) has at least one monitoring circuit coupled to monitoring sensors (16a,16b) attached to the protected consumer goods (12a,12b), for providing an alarm signal if the sensor is removed rom the protected goods. The central device has at least one de-activation circuit (30) and a switch (34) for operation of the de-activation circuit , to allow the monitoring of at least one sensor to be inhibited for a defined time interval.
