The invention relates to construction, namely the construction of models of thin-walled brick buildings for housing and civil construction. The idea is to use the regular system of longitudinal and transverse thin 25.0 centimeter brick walls, bearing the vertical load on the floors, and reinforced in the corners of the intersection of the vertical walls of the monolithic concrete cores, section 250h270mm associated with brick walls metallic bonds and horizontally spaced splines over the entire height of the building . The horizontal load on the building of this system is perceived rigidity of brick walls, working as the diaphragm stiffness, together with reinforced concrete cores, as well as overlapping discs presented solid section precast concrete slabs resting on brick walls on four sides and fixed at its corners through metal anchor bars, released from the plate body during manufacture of vertical metal rods (longitudinal armature) core.
