摘要

FIELD: rolled stock production, namely in rolling stands with several deformation zones along roll barrels, for example small bar rolling mills.;SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of successively feeding rolled piece to each deformation zone along helical path whose axis is parallel relative to roll axis. Said path is formed by means of helical guide. Each turn of said guide arranged between adjacent deformation zones passes under stand in its areaway. Portion of rolled piece whose length exceeds that of respective turn of guide may be placed between adjacent deformation zones if said rolled piece is simultaneously arranged in several deformation zones. Rolling stand includes by-passing device with screw guide. According to invention guide is in the form of helix with lateral beads; each turn of guide passes under stand in its areaway. Guide may have structure providing for rolled piece possibility to be outside it with formation of loop. Guide may provide possibility of wavy bending of rolled piece in plane normal to roll axis for each of its turns.;EFFECT: multiple increase of reduction degree of rolled piece at its single pass through stand due to simultaneous usage of its roll grooved passes.;8 cl, 4 dwg
