FIELD: medicine, plastic surgery.;SUBSTANCE: one should dissect skin and aponeurosis up to periosteum along alopecia and healthy skin border at developing cicatrix-altered and intact edges of the wound. Cicatricial edge of the wound should be deepidermized at decreasing vertical size, then one should mobilize it and form cicatricial-cutaneous-aponeurotic fragment. Then one should apply cicatricial part of the fragment under aponeurosis of pre-mobilized intact edge of the wound and form cicatricial-aponeurotic duplicature. The method enables to decrease the number of relapses.;EFFECT: improved cosmetic result.;3 dwg, 1 ex
