The method includes filtration of sewage, their anaerobic treatment by a community of the attached and free-floating microorganisms, averaging of consumption of sewage and an aerobic tertiary treatment in a multiple-stage bioreactor with a community of free-floating and attached microorganisms. Feeding of the sewage in the first stage of the aerobic bioreactor is conducted by the short-time pulses with their volume not exceeding 0.1 of the volume of this aerobic stage. At that introduction of sewage into the first stage of the aerobic bioreactor is exercised in its lower part at a switched aeration system for the period of the sewage introduction.
