PURPOSE: A membrane structure for injecting high density hydrogen gas to improve a corrosion resistance of a cooling structure of a pressurized water reactor and a method for injecting hydrogen gas using the same are provided to prevent the corrosion of a metallic material and an environmentally assisted cracking phenomenon by improving the membrane structure. CONSTITUTION: A membrane structure for injecting high density hydrogen gas to improve a corrosion resistance of a cooling structure of a pressurized water reactor includes a membrane part(12) to permeate selectively a hydrogen gas. The membrane part(12) is arranged between a cooling water pipe connection portion and a hydrogen gas injection portion in order to inject selectively the hydrogen gas into the cooling water. The membrane structure further includes the first membrane support portion(11) and the second membrane support portion(13) in order to support the membrane part(12). The membrane structure further includes an adaptor portion(10,15) and a sealing portion(14). The adaptor portion(10,15) is connected to the cooling water pipe connection portion and the hydrogen gas injection portion. The sealing portion(14) is used for sealing a contact part between the adaptor portion(10,15) and the membrane support portion.
