PURPOSE: A micro mirror is provided to form a high-efficiency mirror surface in the micro mirror by maintaining a mirror plate in a planar state even if the mirror plate is moved by a comb-finger. CONSTITUTION: A micro mirror includes a mirror plate(11). A bending beam(13) is connected to the mirror plate(11). The bending beam(13) is connected to a supporter(12) in order to support the mirror plate(11). A comb-finger(14) is provided at one side of the mirror plate(11). The comb-finger(14) is connected to the bending beam(13). That is, the bending beam(13) and the comb-finger(14) are positioned in the same direction with respect to the mirror plate(11) so that the mirror plate(11) is maintained in a planar state even if the mirror plate(11) is moved by means of the comb-finger(14).
