DEFORMATION MEASURING DEVICE FOR DIAGNOSING SAFETY OF A BRIDGE, CHECKING DEFORMATION OF A PIER AND A PIER COPING BY INSTALLING PLURAL DEFORMATION MEASURING DEVICES AT THE UPPER SIDE OF THE PIER, AND FACILITATING MAINTENANCE OF THE BRIDGE BY CHECKING DEFLECTED LOAD OF THE PIER AND AN UPPER PLATE OF THE BRIDGE
PURPOSE: A deformation measuring device for diagnosing safety of a bridge is provided to diagnose the safety of the bridge and to easily maintain and repair the bridge by measuring deformation of a pier and a pier coping by reading scales of a deformation check plate inserted into a deformation check plate mounting board. CONSTITUTION: A semicircular deformation measuring device combining bar(500) arranged with two pieces in one group is composed of groove flanges(512) formed at both longitudinal directions; plural anchor holes(510); and a set anchor(530) combined in the anchor hole and joined to the lower side of a pier coping, and a combining bolt(520) is united to the groove flanges to form a circle when two pieces are closely contacted to each other. A circular deformation measuring pipe(600) comprises a square flange(610) formed at the upper side to join the pipe to the combining bar by a combining bolt(613); a deformation measuring pin(630) passing through a deformation pin combining tool(615); and the deformation pin combining tool united to the lower side of the deformation measuring pipe by a combining bolt(620). A deformation measuring mounting board(700) is composed of anchor holes(710) arranged at both sides of the board, an insertion groove(714), and a slit groove(716), and fixed to a pier by a set anchor(730). A deformation check plate(770) inserted and mounted through the insertion groove of the deformation measuring mounting board has a settling rod unit(772) formed at the upper side in a circular section and plural scales read by the deformation measuring pin through the slit groove to check the degree of deformation.
