PURPOSE: A septic tank structure of concrete monolithic type, assembly set for constructing the septic tank, and construction method thereof are provided, in which assembly sets required for constructing septic tank in underground is divided into small units so that transportation and storing are easily conducted thus lead to more efficient construction of septic tank. CONSTITUTION: The assembly set comprises a septic tank(200) having a plurality of projected connection members; a foundation member(100) for supporting the septic tank(200); a concrete form(300) of separately assembly type, in which a plurality of connecting devices are formed, reinforcing material is filled in the space protected by segments to prevent the reinforcing material from leakage.
