PURPOSE: A mobile communication call recording service method and a system thereof are provided to record the content of a call made between an originator and a receiver in a call content recording device interworked with an MSC, and to store a converted digital signal in computer file type, so that a user can confirm the content of the call by accessing an RSC(Recording Service Center) over the Internet or with a mobile phone. CONSTITUTION: A VRS(Voice Recording System) transmits the recorded content of a call to an RSC(S170). The RSC records the received content of the call, and generates a call content storage file(S180). A file name is assigned to the generated call content storage file, and the call content storage file is compressed/encoded(S190-S210). The compressed file is stored in a DB server(S220). The compressed file is stored in a backup server(S230).
