HIGH POWER AMPLIFIER FOR OBTAINING HIGH ISOLATION IN A TIME DIVISION DUPLEXING SYSTEM, SPECIALLY WITH REGARDS TO MITIGATING AN ISOLATION PERFORMANCE OF POWER SPDT SWITCHES WHILE REDUCING AN INSERTION LOSS
PURPOSE: An HPA(High Power Amplifier) for obtaining a high isolation in a TDD(Time Division Duplexing) system is provided to further comprise plural SPDT(Single Pole Double Throw) switches and resistances terminated in the SPDT switches, thereby preventing transistors from being oscillated while obtaining high isolation. CONSTITUTION: Plural SPDT switches(20) are electrically connected among transistors(40,41,42), and convert connections in Tx, Rx transmission. Plural resistances(50) are terminated in the plural SPDT switches(20), and prevent the transistors(40,41,42) from being oscillated. The plural SPDT switches(20) are uplink-connected, and transmit signals to a power SPDT unit(10) through the transistors(40,41,42) during TX transmission. During RX transmission, the plural SPDT switches(20) are downlink-connected, and prevent the transistors(40,41,42) from being oscillated by using the resistances(50).
